EGET Harman Extra Virgin Olive Oil—produced from Memecik and Gemlik olives grown on our estate in the Yaraş neighborhood of Muğla’s Menteşe district—was awarded a Silver Medal at the EVO IOOC Italy International Olive Oil Quality Competition.

Ranked among the world’s most prestigious olive oil quality competitions by the EVOO World Ranking, this award from EVO IOOC Italy marks a significant milestone in the EGET brand's journey of international success.

Following our international achievements in Tokyo and London, this medal from Italy brings the EGET brand’s total tally of awards from international quality competitions to seven.

Speaking at the award ceremony held in Palmi, Italy, our Chairperson of the Board and EGET Foundation co-founder, Özlem Uzman, emphasized that the EGET Foundation’s commercial enterprise is a social venture that channels all revenue generated from ecological agriculture into the EGET Foundation Scholarship Fund. She also expressed the hope that these achievements would set a positive example for other olive oil producers in Turkey.
