In the Olive Oil Quality Competition organized by the Muğla Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, EGET Harman olive oil, under the EGET Foundation, was awarded the "Premium" prize, the highest category of the competition.
In the competition, which was held for the 7th time this year as part of the "The Lossless and High-Quality Journey of Olives to Olive Oil" project, only 7 olive oils out of 161 applications managed to enter the Premium category, which is described as "High Gold".
Received the highest award in the Muğla competition
Özlem Uzman said that the award received in Muğla has a special meaning for them.
Uzman said,
"Receiving the award at home added to our happiness. We are working to expand the circle of goodness extending from Muğla to Turkey, Europe and the world."
After Japan, England, and London, EGET Olive Oils Receives Award in Muğla
EGET olive oils had previously won silver medals in Japan and England, and a gold medal at the London International Olive Oil Competition 2025.
The Premium award received at the Muğla competition adds to the brand's significant achievements in Turkey.
Award Ceremony Held
EGET Harman's award was presented by Seyfettin Baydar to Board Member Dr. Naki Bulut and Trustees Necla Dal and Evrim Çağlayan.

Reminding that they are a foundation based in Muğla, Uzman stated that their work in the field of education continues.
Uzunçu said,
“We provide educational scholarships to young people all over Turkey.
Our ‘Holistic Environmental Education: From Education to Action’ project, which we are carrying out within the scope of Interreg NEXT MED, one of the prestigious environmental programs of the European Union, is also successfully continuing.”

Stating that they are working to expand the social responsibility activities of the EGET Foundation, Uzman thanked the producers, farmers, and employees who provide support.
The expert stated,
