BROTHERLY HAND FROM EGET FOUNDATION VOLUNTEERS TO KAHRAMANMARAŞ TÜRKOĞLU

In these days of deep pain due to the February 6 earthquake, EGET Foundation volunteers took an initiative and sent 350 parcels containing food and clothing materials to Türkoğlu district of Kahramanmaraş province. The support package, which arrived in Türkoğlu on 17-February-2023, was distributed to those in need on the same day by going from village to village and neighborhood to neighborhood.

 

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all our volunteers who provided material and moral support for the preparation of the support packages, to the prosecutors and judges working in Türkoğlu, and to Mr. Ünsal and Fikret Barutçu who traveled from town to town to ensure that the parcels reached those in need.

We wish God’s mercy to those who lost their lives in this devastating earthquake, urgent healing to the injured and patience to those who lost their relatives.

May we never experience such pain again…
